Privacy Policy
Summary
Yollama is built privacy-first. The Site is currently a largely static publication. We do not set tracking cookies and do not run advertising or analytics trackers at this time. We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us (for example, by emailing us or subscribing to a newsletter, once that exists).
Who we are
This Site (yollama.com) is operated by Yollama ("Yollama", "we"). Contact: hello@yollama.com.
What we collect
- Server / request data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and any third-party CDNs that serve fonts/assets may automatically receive standard request data such as your IP address, user agent, and timestamps, for security and delivery. We do not use this to identify you.
- Information you provide: if you email us or sign up for a future newsletter, we receive the details you submit (e.g., your email address).
- No advertising/analytics trackers are currently deployed.
Third-party services
The Site loads resources from third-party CDNs (e.g., Google Fonts, Tailwind CDN) and is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process request data under their own privacy policies. Outbound links go to third-party sites we do not control.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. In short: we do not currently set tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use information
To operate and secure the Site, respond to your inquiries, and — only with your consent — send updates you request. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to opt out of sale/sharing. To exercise any right, contact hello@yollama.com.
Data retention
We keep information you provide only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it, or as required by law.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
